Dear Mr. Steven,
I pull out rotor from stator frame.
I see 1 wire inside gap between rotor and stator.
Pic1. Rotor was scratched.
Pic2. Stator was thicken in one side.
Pic3. Stator was scratched.
Pic4. Stator looked across.
Pic5. Look wire above stator.
I cutted wire. Cleaned inside stator.
Assemble rotor into stator again.
Shaft of motor is free.
Don't hear to rubbing sound between stator and rotor.
Probe each pairs U,V,W together. R(U_V)=R(V_W)=R(W_U) ( about 34 ohm).
Each phase(U,V,W) with GND: O.L ohm.
Fit motor in demo again.
ID RUN:.
the first, DC under volt.
the second, Motor phase fault
the third, it is successful.
ID RUN again:
the first, IDRUN fault.
the second, It is successful.
Running Fault:
Drive was fault when it run with low speed and it had loud sound with high speed.
Best Regards.
